‘Contourlines‘ is a unique anthology of new responses to landscape by some of our leading contemporary poets.
Commissioned by Magdalene College, Cambridge, as part of the College’s year-long Festival of Landscape, and to commemorate the 800th anniversary of the University, the book reflects those traits of innovation and tradition, reflection and intellectual engagement, humanity and enthusiasm, of which the College is proud.
The book will launch at Heffers, Cambridge on Thursday 4th February at 6.30pm. The launch will include an introduction by Jane Hughes of Magdalene College followed by readings from five contributors: Neil Wenborn, Rod Mengham, Joanne Limburg, Ian Patterson and Clive Wilmer.
